🧀 Ingredients:
| Ingredient | Quantity |
|---|---|
| Ground beef | 1 lb |
| Cooked bacon, crumbled | 6 slices |
| Cheddar cheese, shredded | 1 cup |
| Frozen tater tots | 24 |
| Mozzarella cheese, shredded | 1 cup |
| Onions, finely diced | ½ cup |
| Ketchup | ¼ cup |
| Mayonnaise | ¼ cup |
| Mustard | ¼ cup |
| Salt & black pepper | To taste |
🔥 Instructions:
- Prepare the Filling:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain off any grease. Stir in the crumbled bacon, diced onions, ketchup, mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined. - Hollow & Fill the Tots:
Gently carve out the center of each frozen tater tot to form a mini cone shape. Spoon the beef mixture into each hollowed tot and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of each one. - First Bake:
Arrange the stuffed tater tots on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the tater tots turn crispy and the cheddar cheese is nicely melted. - Build the Cheese Volcano:
While the cones are baking, mix the remaining beef filling with shredded mozzarella. Once the first bake is done, mound this cheesy beef mixture on top of the cones to create a dramatic “cheese volcano” effect. - Second Bake & Serve:
Place the cones back in the oven for an additional 5–10 minutes, until the mozzarella is bubbly and lightly golden. Serve hot and enjoy every gooey, crunchy bite!
