Banana Pecan Cake with Vanilla Glaze

This Banana Pecan Cake is one of those cozy bakes that instantly feels like home. The ripe bananas provide natural moisture and sweetness, while crunchy pecans add texture and flavor. A smooth vanilla glaze ties it all together, making it perfect for dessert, brunch, or an afternoon treat.

    In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add the eggs, sugar, and oil, whisking until fully blended.

    In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Create the Batter
    Gently fold the dry ingredients into the banana mixture until just combined. Stir in the chopped pecans.

    In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and pourable.
  7. Glaze and Serve
    Drizzle the vanilla glaze over the cooled cake. Slice and serve!
