These simple, grab-and-go sliders deliver all the classic French Dip goodness—tender roast beef, melty cheese, and savory au jus—tucked inside warm, buttery biscuits.

French Dip–Inspired Biscuit Sliders

Ingredients

  • Refrigerated biscuits (8-count): 1 can (16.3 oz)
  • Thinly sliced deli roast beef: 1 pound
  • Creamy horseradish sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Provolone cheese: 8 slices
  • Au jus gravy mix: 1 packet (1 oz)

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper to keep the biscuits from sticking and to simplify cleanup.

Step 2: Prep the Biscuits
Remove the biscuits from the can and slice each one in half horizontally to make 16 pieces. Spread the horseradish sauce evenly over the cut sides, adjusting the amount to suit your taste.

Step 3: Assemble the Sliders
Place a slice of provolone cheese on the bottom half of each biscuit, folding it as needed. Layer on the roast beef, then cover with the top halves of the biscuits.

Step 4: Bake
Gently press the edges of the biscuits together to seal. Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.

Step 5: Make the Au Jus
While the biscuits are baking, prepare the au jus according to the package instructions, using either the stovetop or microwave.

Step 6: Serve
Remove the biscuits from the oven and serve immediately with small bowls of warm au jus for dipping.
