Instructions
- Prep the Oven & Cook the Sausage
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a skillet over medium heat, warm the oil and add the sausage. Cook until browned and fully cooked through. - Season the Filling
Remove the pan from heat. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, Tabasco, thyme, and season with salt and pepper to taste. - Prepare the Pastry
