🧾 Ingredients

Salad Base

Cherry tomatoes, halved1 ½ cups
Cucumber, diced1
Zucchini, diced2 cubes
Green pepper, diced1
Red pepper, diced1
Red onion, diced1
Sliced black olives, drained1 can

Dressing

Italian dressing1 bottle
Grated Parmesan cheese½ cup
Sesame seeds1 tablespoon
Paprika1 teaspoon
Celery seeds½ teaspoon
Garlic powder½ teaspoon

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta
    Boil the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse thoroughly with cold water to cool it down quickly and stop the cooking process.
  2. Prep the Veggies
    While the pasta cooks, dice the cucumber, zucchini, green and red bell peppers, and red onion. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and drain the black olives.
  3. Mix the Salad
    In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled spaghetti with all the chopped vegetables and olives.
  4. Whisk the Dressing
    In a separate bowl, stir together the Italian dressing, Parmesan cheese, sesame seeds, paprika, celery seeds, and garlic powder until well blended.
  5. Combine & Chill
    Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything until evenly coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to let the flavors develop.
