Cheeseburger-Inspired Wraps

These Cheeseburger Wraps deliver all the classic diner-style burger flavors in a lighter, handheld form. A blend of cheddar and mozzarella provides bold cheeseburger flavor along with that irresistible cheese pull. The finishing touch is toasting the wraps—it seals the seam and adds a satisfying crunch, much like a toasted burger bun.

🔥 How to Make Cheeseburger Wraps

Step 1: Cook the Beef
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and chopped onion. Cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking the meat into small crumbles, until fully browned and the onions are tender.

Step 2: Season
Sprinkle the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the beef. Stir well, then drain off any excess grease to keep the tortillas from becoming soggy.

Step 3: Make the Sauce (Optional)
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard until smooth and creamy.

Step 4: Assemble the Wraps
Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a spoonful of sauce in the center, then layer on the seasoned beef, shredded cheeses, pickles, lettuce, and diced tomato.

Step 5: Wrap
Fold the left and right sides inward, then roll from the bottom up, burrito-style, to form a tight wrap.

Step 6: Toast to Finish (Optional)
Place the wraps seam-side down in a hot, dry skillet. Toast for about 30 seconds per side, until golden and lightly crisped and the cheese is melted inside.
