These oven-baked beef sliders are juicy, cheesy, and packed with flavor. Soft, buttery rolls are filled with seasoned ground beef and melted cheese, then baked together until golden and irresistible. Perfect for parties, game day, or an easy family dinner!
1. Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess grease.
Add garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook another minute, then remove from heat.
3. Assemble the Sliders
Slice the rolls in half horizontally (keep them connected if possible).
Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
Spread the cooked beef evenly over the rolls.
Top with cheese slices or shredded cheese.
Place the top buns over the cheese.
4. Brush & Top
Mix melted butter with mustard (if using). Brush over the tops of the rolls.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
5. Bake
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove foil and bake an additional 5–10 minutes, until tops are golden and cheese is melted.
6. Serve
Let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
