These cheesy garlic chicken wraps are an easy yet elevated dinner option that feels restaurant-worthy. The chicken is coated in garlic, paprika, and spices for bold, savory flavor, then paired with a smooth garlic sauce and plenty of melted cheese. A quick sear in a hot skillet gives the wraps a crisp, golden finish while keeping the inside perfectly melty.
1. Season the Chicken
Place the diced chicken in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chicken is evenly seasoned.
2. Cook the Chicken
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. Build the Wraps
Lay the tortillas flat and spread about 2 tablespoons of garlic sauce down the center of each. Evenly distribute the cooked chicken over the tortillas, then sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella.
4. Toast Until Crispy
Fold the sides of each tortilla inward to hold the filling. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crisp and the cheese has melted.
5. Serve Hot
Cut the wraps on a diagonal and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately while the cheese is hot and stretchy.
