This warm and satisfying Crunchy Chicken Casserole is a classic comfort meal that’s easy to prepare. Tender chunks of chicken are mixed with creamy sauce and veggies, then topped with a buttery, crispy layer of cornflakes or fried onions for that perfect crunch in every bite.

How to Make Crunchy Chicken Casserole

Step 1: Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.

Step 2: Mix the creamy base
In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is completely smooth.
