A rich and satisfying pasta dish that blends tender slices of beef, colorful bell peppers, and a smooth, creamy sauce. Ideal for a comforting family dinner or an elegant meal that’s easy to prepare yet impressive.

📋 Ingredients

IngredientAmount
Penne pasta250 g
Beef steak (sirloin or flank)300 g, thinly sliced
Olive oil1 tbsp
Butter1 tbsp
Onion1 small, sliced
Red bell pepper1, sliced
Yellow bell pepper1, sliced
Green bell pepper1, sliced
Garlic3 cloves, minced
Heavy cream1 cup
Beef broth½ cup
Parmesan cheese½ cup, grated
Black pepper1 tsp
Paprika½ tsp
Salt½ tsp (adjust to taste)
Italian seasoning½ tsp

🍳 Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta
Boil penne in salted water until just tender (al dente). Drain and set aside.

2. Cook the Beef
In a large pan, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add the beef slices, season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Sear until browned, then remove from the skillet and set aside.

3. Sauté the Vegetables
In the same pan, add sliced onion and all the bell peppers. Cook for about 3–4 minutes until they begin to soften.

4. Add Garlic
Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute until aromatic.

5. Deglaze the Pan
Pour in the beef broth, scraping up any bits stuck to the bottom of the pan. Let it simmer for 2 minutes to build flavor.

6. Create the Creamy Sauce
Add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir until the sauce is smooth and thickened slightly.

7. Combine Ingredients
Return the cooked beef to the pan, add the pasta, and toss everything together until evenly coated in the creamy sauce.

8. Simmer and Serve
Allow the pasta to simmer for 2–3 minutes so the flavors meld together. Adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot and enjoy.
