Ingredients
For the Rolls
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (makes 8 biscuits)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (feel free to add more for extra cheesy rolls)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Optional: 1 tsp garlic powder or dried herbs (like oregano or parsley) for extra flavor

- Extra melted butter (optional, for brushing after baking)

Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the Oven
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly coat it with nonstick spray.
2️⃣ Flatten the Biscuits
Separate the biscuits and press each one into a 1/4-inch thick circle, being careful not to tear the dough.
3️⃣ Fill with Cheese
Place 1 to 2 tablespoons of cheddar cheese in the center of each circle. Sprinkle with garlic powder or herbs if desired.
4️⃣ Shape into Rolls
Fold the dough over the cheese and pinch the edges to seal. Roll gently into a ball and place seam-side down on your prepared baking sheet.
