Slow Cooker Creamy Cheddar Corn with Bacon

This rich and cozy side dish comes together with minimal effort but delivers maximum flavor. Sweet corn simmers in a luscious blend of heavy cream, melted butter, and seasonings, finished off with melty cheddar cheese and crispy bacon. It’s a crowd-pleaser, ideal for both special occasions and easy weeknight dinners.


Ingredients:

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare Ingredients
Turn your slow cooker on (use either LOW or HIGH depending on your time frame). In a large bowl, mix together the corn, cheddar cheese, bacon, heavy cream, melted butter, garlic powder, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.

Step 2: Slow Cook
Transfer the mixture into the slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours, until hot and creamy.

Step 3: Finish and Serve
