Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prepare Pan:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish thoroughly or line it with greased parchment paper for easier removal.
  2. Crush the Graham Crackers:
    Place the graham crackers in a large zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin, or pulse them in a food processor until finely ground.
  3. Mix the Ingredients:
    In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with evaporated milk, sugar, softened butter, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir until fully incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chips and pecans.
  4. Bake the Mixture:
    Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the top turns golden and the center is set.
  5. Cool & Slice:
    Let the dessert cool completely before cutting into bars or bite-sized pieces.
