| Ingredient | Quantity |
|---|---|
| Ripe bananas | 3 |
| Crushed pineapple | ½ cup |
| Shredded coconut | ½ cup |
| Melted butter | ⅓ cup |
| Granulated sugar | ½ cup |
| Brown sugar | ¼ cup |
| Vanilla extract | 1 teaspoon |
| All-purpose flour | 2 cups |
| Baking soda | 1 teaspoon |
| Salt | ½ teaspoon |
| Ground cinnamon | ½ teaspoon |

|---|---|
| Chopped macadamia nuts | ½ cup |
| Dried pineapple chunks | ¼ cup |
Instructions:
- Preheat and Prepare the Pan:
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and set aside. - Make the Wet Mixture:
In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Stir in the crushed pineapple, coconut, melted butter, granulated and brown sugars, and vanilla extract. Mix until everything is well blended. - Mix Dry Ingredients Separately:
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. - Combine Wet and Dry:
Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the banana mixture. Stir gently until just incorporated—avoid overmixing to keep the bread light and tender. - Add Extras (Optional):
If using, gently stir in macadamia nuts and dried pineapple for added texture and flavor. - Bake the Loaf:
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth out the top. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. - Cool and Serve:
Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then, remove it and place it on a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
