Potato Kielbasa Soup: A Warm and Filling Bowl

Instructions:

  1. Cook Kielbasa: Warm olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned and heated through. Remove from pot and set aside, keeping the drippings.
