Refrigerated Biscuit Dough1 (16.3 oz) can
Butter (melted)2 tablespoons
Fresh Parsley (chopped, optional)1 tablespoon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine creamy mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is well blended and smooth.
  3. Add chicken and cheese: Add the shredded cooked chicken and half (1/2 cup) of the shredded cheddar cheese to the creamy mixture. Stir until the chicken and cheese are evenly distributed.
  4. Cut and coat biscuits: Cut each refrigerated biscuit into quarters. Gently fold the biscuit pieces into the chicken mixture until they are all well coated with the creamy sauce.
  5. Transfer to baking dish: Pour the chicken and biscuit mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Top with cheese: Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese (1/2 cup) evenly over the top of the casserole.
  7. Drizzle with butter: Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the cheese topping.
  8. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through, and the filling is bubbly.
  9. Cool and garnish: Remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. If desired, garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
  10. Serve: Serve the Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole warm and enjoy!
