Ingredients

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Oven & Baking Sheet: Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Cereals: Combine the Rice Chex and Rice Krispies cereals in a large heatproof bowl. Set aside.
  3. Make Caramel Sauce: In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Cook Caramel: Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Let it bubble for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly and lightens in color.
  5. Coat the Cereal: Remove from heat and immediately pour the caramel over the cereals. Toss quickly and gently to coat every piece evenly.
