Low-Carb Baked Hot Dog Burnt Ends

These low-carb baked hot dog burnt ends are a flavorful and filling snack or appetizer. With a crispy, caramelized exterior and juicy center, they deliver bold, smoky BBQ flavor without the carbs.

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven
Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

2️⃣ Cut the Hot Dogs
Slice each hot dog into 4 to 5 pieces, depending on your preferred size.

3️⃣ Make the Sauce Mixture
In a large bowl, mix the sugar-free BBQ sauce with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until fully blended.
