Cream Cheese Baked Chicken
This creamy, cheesy baked chicken is a no-fuss comfort food favorite. Juicy chicken breasts are smothered in a garlic-infused cream cheese sauce, then topped with melty mozzarella and Parmesan. It’s simple, hearty, and packed with flavor.

Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prepare Dish:
    Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and place the chicken breasts inside. Set aside.
  2. Make the Creamy Mixture:
    In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and ½ cup of the Parmesan cheese. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
  3. Coat the Chicken:
    Evenly spoon the cream cheese mixture over each chicken breast. Spread to cover the tops fully.
  4. Top with Cheese:
    Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and the remaining ½ cup of Parmesan over the coated chicken.
  5. Bake:
    Place the dish in the oven and bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve Hot:
    Remove from the oven and serve immediately. Pair with veggies, pasta, or a side salad for a complete meal.
