Homemade Chicken Cordon Bleu

| Paprika | ½ tsp |

👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat & Prep
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Place each chicken breast between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound to about ¼-inch thickness.
- Assemble the Rolls
- Place one slice of Swiss cheese and one slice of ham on each pounded chicken breast.
- Roll them up tightly. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Set Up Breading Stations
- In three separate shallow bowls:
- Bowl 1: All-purpose flour
- Bowl 2: Beaten eggs
- Bowl 3: Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper

- Dredge each chicken roll in flour.
- Dip in the eggs, coating completely.
- Roll in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place each roll seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Bake
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temp: 165°F) and golden brown on the outside.
- Rest & Serve
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
- Serve with sides like mashed potatoes, steamed veggies, or a crisp green salad.
