Sticky Honey Garlic Baked Sausages

These sticky honey garlic sausages are baked to golden perfection in the oven, coated in a sweet, garlicky glaze and served with soft, caramelized onions. Whether you’re making a quick dinner or a crowd-pleasing appetizer, this easy one-pan recipe is full of bold flavor and minimal mess.

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat and Prepare
Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the sausages in a baking dish or foil tray, leaving a bit of space between each.

Step 2: Make the Glaze
In a small mixing bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.

Step 3: Coat the Sausages
Pour the glaze evenly over the sausages, turning them to ensure they’re fully coated. Sprinkle the sliced onions around and between the sausages.

Step 4: Bake
Roast in the oven for 25–30 minutes, flipping the sausages halfway through. The glaze should become sticky and the sausages golden and cooked through.

Step 5: Finish and Serve
Let the dish rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley if you like a pop of color and freshness.
