Oven Baked Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Bake

This creamy, comforting one-dish meal is perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner. Tender pasta and shredded chicken are tossed in rich Alfredo sauce, topped with a generous layer of melted cheese, and baked until golden and bubbly.

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven and Cook Pasta
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the penne pasta according to the package directions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.

2. Mix Pasta and Chicken
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to evenly coat the pasta and chicken with the sauce.

3. Prepare Baking Dish
Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.

4. Assemble and Top with Cheese
Transfer the pasta mixture to the prepared dish, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the top.

5. Bake
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden and the casserole is heated through.

6. Serve
Let the bake rest for a few minutes after removing it from the oven. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
