Mississippi Sin Sliders Recipe

These Mississippi Sin Sliders are a decadent and easy appetizer or light meal featuring a creamy, cheesy filling loaded with ham, all baked in soft pull-apart slider rolls. They’re perfect for parties or a satisfying snack.

Ingredients:

IngredientQuantity
Cream cheese8 oz
Sour cream1 cup
Green onions1/2 cup
Sharp cheddar cheese2 cups
Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon
Salt1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper1/4 teaspoon
Onion powder1/2 teaspoon
Garlic powder1/2 teaspoon
Hot sauceDash
Thick-sliced ham1 lb
Pull-apart slider rolls1 dozen
Butter2 tablespoons

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese and sour cream until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Add Savory Ingredients: Add the chopped green onions, grated sharp cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and a dash of hot sauce to the cream cheese mixture. Stir everything together until all the ingredients are evenly distributed. Set the mixture aside.
  4. Prepare Slider Rolls: Slice the pull-apart slider rolls in half horizontally, making sure to keep the rolls connected as a single sheet. Place the bottom half of the rolls in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Layer Filling and Ham: Spread half of the prepared cream cheese mixture evenly over the bottom half of the slider rolls. Sprinkle the chopped thick-sliced ham evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Add Remaining Filling and Top Rolls: Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture evenly over the chopped ham. Place the top half of the slider rolls over the filling, aligning them with the bottom half. Alternatively, you can spread the remaining cream cheese mixture on the bottom side of the top half of the rolls before placing them on the ham.
  7. Brush with Butter: Brush the tops of the slider rolls evenly with the melted butter.
  8. Bake Covered: Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  9. Bake Uncovered: Remove the aluminum foil from the baking dish and continue baking for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the tops of the slider rolls are golden brown and the filling is hot and bubbly.
  10. Serve and Enjoy: Once baked, remove the Mississippi Sin Sliders from the oven. Allow them to cool slightly for a few minutes before serving. The pull-apart nature of the rolls makes them easy to serve. Enjoy these creamy, cheesy, and savory sliders!
