Mississippi Sin Sliders

These Mississippi Sin Sliders are a warm, cheesy, and savory appetizer or party snack that’s incredibly easy to make. Ham, cheese, and a creamy mixture are layered between slider rolls and baked until golden brown. They’re perfect for game day, potlucks, or any gathering.

Ingredients:

IngredientQuantity
Cream cheese8 oz
Sour cream1 cup
Green onions, chopped1/2 cup
Sharp cheddar cheese, grated2 cups
Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon
Salt1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper1/4 teaspoon
Onion powder1/2 teaspoon
Garlic powder1/2 teaspoon
Hot sauceDash
Thick-sliced ham, chopped1 lb
Pull-apart slider rolls1 dozen
Butter, melted2 tablespoons

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Add Seasonings and Cheese: Add the chopped green onions, grated cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and hot sauce. Stir to combine all ingredients. Set aside.
  4. Prepare Slider Rolls: Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected. Place the bottom half of the rolls in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Layer First Cream Cheese: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
  6. Add Ham: Sprinkle the chopped ham evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Layer Remaining Cream Cheese: Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the ham (or alternatively, spread it on the bottom side of the top half of the rolls).
  8. Top with Rolls: Place the top half of the slider rolls over the ham and cream cheese layers.
  9. Brush with Butter: Brush the tops of the slider rolls with the melted butter.
  10. First Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  11. Second Bake: Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the tops of the sliders are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  12. Serve: Serve the Mississippi Sin Sliders warm. Enjoy!
