Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole
This cozy, cheesy casserole comes together fast with just a few pantry staples. Tender chicken is mixed with a creamy Ranch-seasoned sauce, smoky bacon, and soft, biscuit dough that “bubbles up” into dumpling-like bites as it bakes—perfect for busy weeknights or hearty comfort food cravings.
| Ingredient | Amount |
|---|---|
| Cooked, chopped chicken (or canned) | 3 cups |
| Cream of chicken soup | 2 cans |
| Sour cream | 1½ cups |
| Grated cheese | 2 cups, divided |
| Ranch dressing mix | 2 tablespoons |
| Cooked, chopped bacon | ¼ cup |
| Refrigerated biscuits (Grands Jr.) | 1 (12 oz) can |
Preheat your oven to 350°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1 cup of shredded cheese, Ranch mix, and cooked bacon until well combined.
Open the biscuit can and cut each biscuit into four pieces. Gently fold the biscuit chunks into the chicken mixture until they’re evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture into your prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheese on top.
Place in the oven and bake for 25–35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbling and the biscuits are golden and puffed up.
Serve hot with a side salad or steamed veggies for a complete, comforting meal.
