My grandma has been making this one-pan recipe for as long as I can remember!

This creamy and flavorful One-Pan Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo is a quick and easy weeknight dinner. The combination of tender shrimp, al dente fettuccine, and rich Alfredo sauce is sure to satisfy your cravings.

Ingredients:

Ingredient | Quantity
Shrimp, peeled and deveined | 1 lb
Olive Oil | 1 tbsp
Fettuccine Noodles |  8 oz
Unsalted Butter | 2 tbsp
Minced Garlic | 2 tsp
Chicken Broth | 2 cups
Whole Milk | 1/2 cup
Heavy Whipping
Cream | 1 1/2 cups
Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated | 1 cup
Salt and Pepper To taste
Nutmeg (optional) Pinch
Fresh Chopped Parsley For garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  2. Sauté Garlic: In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add Liquids and Pasta: Pour in chicken broth, milk, and heavy whipping cream. Add fettuccine and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add Parmesan and Season: Add Parmesan cheese and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  5. Return Shrimp: Add cooked shrimp and toss with pasta and sauce.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
