This fluffy and refreshing Keto Strawberry Mousse is the perfect low-carb treat, featuring a smooth strawberry purée blended with sweetened whipped cream for a light, dreamy texture that melts in your mouth.


🍓 Keto Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients

Step 1: Make the Strawberry Puree
Place the chopped strawberries in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. For an extra-silky consistency, press the puree through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the seeds.

Step 2: Sweeten the Puree
Pour the puree into a medium mixing bowl. Stir in the erythritol, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until everything is well blended.

Step 3: Whip the Cream
In a separate large, chilled bowl, beat the heavy cream and a pinch of salt using a whisk or hand mixer until stiff peaks form.

Step 4: Combine Gently
Using a spatula, slowly fold the strawberry mixture into the whipped cream. Continue folding until the color is evenly pink and the mousse is smooth and fluffy.

Step 5: Chill to Set
Spoon the mixture into individual dessert glasses or a serving dish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow it to set.

Step 6: Serve & Enjoy
Top with a few fresh strawberry slices and a sprig of mint before serving, if desired. Light, creamy, and perfectly sweet — a keto-friendly dessert that feels indulgent without the guilt.
