My husband can’t get enough of this dish—he begs for it every week

This Baked Caesar Chicken is a true low-effort, big-reward kind of dinner. The Caesar dressing pulls double duty as a marinade and sauce, keeping the chicken moist and flavorful, while a generous layer of Parmesan melts into a rich, golden crust you’ll want to scrape off the pan.
Baked Caesar Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup sour cream (optional, for extra richness)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a baking dish lightly. Pound the chicken breasts to about 1-inch thickness so they cook evenly. - Mix the Sauce:
In a bowl, whisk together the Caesar dressing and sour cream (if using) until smooth and creamy. - Season & Assemble:
Season the chicken lightly with salt and pepper. Coat each piece with about 1 cup of the Parmesan, pressing it on gently, and arrange the chicken in the baking dish. - Bake:
Pour the Caesar mixture evenly over the chicken, then sprinkle the remaining Parmesan on top. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. - Finish & Serve:
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes after baking. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
Tips
- Choose a good-quality Caesar dressing since it drives most of the flavor.
- For a more golden, crispy topping, broil the chicken for the final 2–3 minutes.
