Slow-Cooked Cube Steak

This crock-pot cube steak recipe is a simple way to create a warm, satisfying comfort meal. The cube steaks slowly simmer in a creamy blend of savory soups and onions, turning wonderfully tender while developing a rich, home-style flavor.

Ingredients

Lipton onion soup mix1 packet

Instructions

1. Assemble in the Slow Cooker
Place the cube steaks in the bottom of the slow cooker. Layer the sliced onion over the meat, then add the cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, onion soup mix, and water.

2. Slow Cook
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, until the cube steaks are fork-tender and the sauce is smooth and well combined.

3. Serve
Serve the cube steaks hot, spooning the creamy onion gravy over the top for a comforting, no-fuss meal straight from the crock pot.
