Irish Pea Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, diced
  • ½ cup celery, chopped
  • ½ cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the peas, cheddar cheese, celery, red bell pepper, and red onion.
  2. In a smaller bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth and blended.
