Indulge in the perfect fusion of flavors with Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Cones—a dessert that marries the luscious taste of peach cobbler with creamy cheesecake delight. Follow this guide to create a show-stopping treat that will have everyone coming back for seconds.

Ingredients:

For the Cones:

  • 16 ounces cream-filled cookies
  • 12 waffle cones
  • 3 tablespoons whipped cream

For the Peach Cobbler:

  • 48 ounces sliced peaches (with juice)
  • 1 box cake mix (yellow, white, French vanilla, or butter pecan)
  • 1 cup salted butter
  • 1½ teaspoons cinnamon

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 16 ounces softened cream cheese
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 350°F.

Prepare the Cones:
Melt chocolate in the microwave, heating in 30-second bursts until smooth.
Dip the cones into the chocolate, coating either the top, bottom, or both ends.
Drizzle chocolate inside the cones, spreading it around the bottom for a nice lining.

Make Cookie Crumbs:
Crush the cream-filled cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by hand.
Dip the chocolate-coated cones into the cookie crumbs or sprinkle crumbs over them to coat.

Prepare Baking Dish:
Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Pour in the sliced peaches along with their juice.

Add Cobbler Layers:
Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix over the peaches.
Drizzle the melted butter over the top, then sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake:
Place the dish in the oven and bake for 45 to 55 minutes, until the topping is golden and bubbly.

Whip the Cream:
Beat the heavy whipping cream until thick and stiff peaks form.

Make the Cheesecake Filling:
In a separate bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice. Beat until smooth and creamy.

Combine:
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.

Assemble the Cones:
Alternate spoonfuls of cheesecake filling and peach cobbler into each cone.

Finish:
Top each cone with a drizzle of melted chocolate and a sprinkle of crushed cookies for a perfect finishing touch.
