Instructions

Step 1: Brown the Meat
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain off the excess grease and set the cooked beef aside.

Step 2: Add to Slow Cooker
Place the ground beef, chopped onion, chili beans, kidney beans, corn, tomato sauce, water, diced tomatoes, green chiles, and taco seasoning into your slow cooker.

Step 3: Stir and Simmer
Stir everything together until well mixed. Cover and cook on Low for about 8 hours, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully.
