Spicy Honey-Glazed Salmon Skillet

Bold, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, this Spicy Honey-Glazed Salmon Skillet is the ultimate dish for seafood fans. It delivers a mouthwatering mix of heat and sweetness, all wrapped around tender, flaky salmon. Ideal for busy weeknights or a dinner that feels a bit more special, this recipe is both simple and impressive.

Why You’ll Love It:
Whether you’re after a quick, satisfying meal or planning a flavorful centerpiece for your next dinner, this salmon dish checks all the boxes. It’s fast to prepare, full of bold flavor, and goes with just about any side—from roasted veggies to rice or a crisp salad.

Ingredients:

  • Salmon Fillets – Skin-on or skinless, both work well
  • Seasonings – Salt, black pepper, and paprika for a savory base
  • Homemade Hot Honey Sauce – Made with honey, crushed red pepper flakes, rice vinegar, unsalted butter, and garlic
  • (Optional: Use your favorite store-bought hot honey instead)

Instructions:

Step 1: In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, and paprika.
Step 2: Pat the salmon dry and rub the seasoning mix over both sides.
Step 3: In another bowl, stir together honey, crushed red pepper, and rice vinegar to make your hot honey sauce.
Step 4: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium. Add the salmon flesh-side down and sear for 4–6 minutes without moving it.
Step 5: Push the salmon to the edges of the skillet. In the center, melt the butter, then add garlic and sauté until aromatic. Pour in half of the hot honey mixture.
Step 6: Baste the salmon with the sauce as it finishes cooking. Once it’s cooked through and coated in glaze, remove from heat and serve hot.

Leftovers & Tips:
Cool any extras completely before storing them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a skillet with a touch of oil or in a low oven (around 275°F) to maintain moisture.

This spicy honey-glazed salmon is a flavorful twist on your usual seafood routine—and one you’ll want to make again and again.
