The No Name Dip (Four-Ingredient Creamy Ranch Dip)

No Name Dip (Four-Ingredient Creamy Ranch Dip)

This easy, crowd-pleasing dip comes together in minutes and is perfect for parties, potlucks, or game day spreads. With no cooking required, it’s a chilled, creamy blend of tangy ranch flavor, crispy bacon bits, and gooey shredded cheese—an instant favorite every time.

Ingredients:

IngredientAmount
Sour cream16 oz (or two 8 oz containers)
Bacon bitsUse real bacon bits, added generously for bold flavor
Shredded cheeseCheddar jack or your preferred cheese, added generously
Dry ranch packet1 standard-size packet

Instructions:

Step 1: Mix Sour Cream and Ranch Seasoning
In a medium-sized bowl, stir the sour cream together with the dry ranch seasoning packet until completely blended. This forms the creamy, flavorful foundation of your dip.

Step 2: Fold in Bacon Bits
Add in your bacon bits and gently stir to spread them evenly throughout the mixture. Use as much as you’d like—the more, the better the flavor.

Step 3: Add Shredded Cheese
Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheese into the bowl. Stir until it’s evenly distributed and the dip is loaded with cheesy goodness.

Step 4: Chill and Serve
Your dip is ready to enjoy immediately, but for best flavor, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour. This lets the ranch flavor fully develop. Serve chilled with chips, crackers, or fresh-cut veggies.

Bonus Tip:

Make it ahead of time for stress-free hosting—this dip tastes even better after sitting overnight!
