🌶️ Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls

🥣 Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage (mild or spicy)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1½ cups Bisquick or self-rising flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

👩‍🍳 Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sausage, cream cheese, Rotel, cheddar cheese, Bisquick, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until everything is evenly incorporated.
  3. Portion the mixture and roll into balls about 1 to 1½ inches wide. Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are fully cooked and lightly golden on the outside.
  5. Serve warm, paired with your favorite dipping sauce.
