These were a total hit! Everyone kept asking for more!

These Baked Bacon Stuffed Cheese Bombs are incredibly easy to make and bursting with savory flavor. Soft and fluffy biscuit dough is filled with gooey cheddar cheese and crispy crumbled bacon, then baked until golden brown. They’re a perfect appetizer, snack, or even a fun addition to breakfast.

Ingredients:

IngredientQuantity
Refrigerated biscuit dough1 can (16.3 oz)
Cheddar cheese cubes12 small cubes
Cooked bacon (crumbled)6 slices
Butter (melted)2 tablespoons
Garlic powder1 teaspoon
Dried parsley1 teaspoon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Prepare the biscuit dough: Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. On a lightly floured surface or in your hands, flatten each biscuit into a round that is approximately 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Fill the biscuits: Place one small cube of cheddar cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit round. Sprinkle a small amount of the crumbled cooked bacon over the cheese in the center of each biscuit.
  4. Seal the fillings: Carefully fold the biscuit dough over the cheese and bacon filling. Pinch the edges of the dough together firmly to completely seal the filling inside, forming a ball shape. Ensure there are no openings to prevent the cheese from leaking out during baking.
  5. Arrange on baking sheet: Place the formed dough balls seam side down on the prepared parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one.
  6. Brush and season: In a small bowl, melt the butter. Brush the top of each dough ball generously with the melted butter. Sprinkle the tops evenly with garlic powder and dried parsley. If desired, you can also sprinkle a little extra crumbled bacon on top for added flavor and visual appeal.
  7. Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese bombs are golden brown and the biscuit dough is cooked through.
  8. Cool and serve: Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the Baked Bacon Stuffed Cheese Bombs cool for a few minutes before serving. The cheese inside will be very hot, so allow them to cool slightly. Enjoy these cheesy, bacon-y bites while they are still warm!
