  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat and Prepare Noodles
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together the cooked noodles, cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheddar. Stir until the noodles are evenly coated in the creamy mixture.

Step 5: Assemble the Casserole
Combine the beef and marinara sauce with the creamy noodles. Mix well, then spread the mixture evenly into a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 6: Bake the Dish
Top with the remaining cheddar cheese. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and lightly golden.
