Ingredients:
| Ingredient | Quantity |
|---|---|
| Canned chicken, drained | 2 cans (12.5 oz each) |
| All-purpose flour | 1/2 cup |
| Breadcrumbs | 1/2 cup |
| Large eggs | 2 |
| Milk | 1/4 cup |
| Grated Parmesan cheese | 1/4 cup |
| Chopped fresh parsley | 1/4 cup |
| Garlic powder | 1 teaspoon |
| Onion powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
| Salt | To taste |
| Pepper | To taste |
| Vegetable oil | For frying |
Instructions:
- Prepare Fritter Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the drained canned chicken, all-purpose flour, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
- Heat Oil: Heat about 1/4 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Ensure the oil is hot before adding the fritters to achieve a crispy exterior.
- Form and Fry Fritters: Scoop approximately 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture and gently shape it into a patty. Carefully place the patty into the hot oil. Fry for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the fritters are golden brown and wonderfully crispy.
- Drain Excess Oil: Remove the cooked fritters from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
- Repeat and Serve: Repeat the process with the remaining chicken mixture. Serve the crispy chicken fritters warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
