This easy Peach Cobbler Dump Cake is a no-fuss dessert with maximum payoff. With just a handful of pantry staples layered into a single dish, it bakes into a bubbly, golden cobbler with a soft cake topping and sweet, syrupy peaches underneath. Serve it warm with vanilla ice cream for a crowd-pleasing treat.
| Ingredient | Quantity |
|---|---|
| Canned sliced peaches (in syrup) | 1 can (29 oz) |
| Yellow cake mix | 1 box (15.25 oz) |
| Melted unsalted butter | ½ cup |
| Ground cinnamon | 1 teaspoon |
| Ground nutmeg | ¼ teaspoon |
1. Preheat & Prep
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Add the Peaches
Pour the entire can of sliced peaches, syrup and all, into the baking dish. Spread them out evenly across the bottom.
3. Top with Cake Mix & Butter
Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix over the peaches, covering them completely. Drizzle the melted butter over the top, trying to coat as much of the cake mix as possible.
4. Spice & Bake
Dust the surface with cinnamon and nutmeg. Place in the oven and bake for about 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling around the edges.
5. Cool & Serve
Let the dessert rest for a few minutes before serving. It’s especially delicious warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
