Crockpot Christmas Crack is a delightful, no-fuss holiday candy that’s perfect for sharing. This sweet-and-salty treat combines crunchy peanuts with layers of chocolate, peanut butter chips, and festive sprinkles for a dessert that’s as simple as it is irresistible. Ideal for gift giving, holiday parties, or cozy snacking all season long.


Ingredients

Unsalted Peanuts16 oz
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips2 bags (12 oz each)
Peanut Butter Chips2 bags (10 oz each)
White Chocolate Chips or Wafers2 bags (10 oz each)
Christmas SprinklesAs desired

Instructions

  1. Layer the peanuts:
    Spread both the salted and unsalted peanuts evenly across the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Add the chocolate layers:
    Pour the semi-sweet chocolate chips over the peanuts, followed by the peanut butter chips, and finish with the white chocolate chips or wafers on top.
  3. Cook low and slow:
    Cover the Crockpot and cook on low heat for 2 hours.
  4. Stir to combine:
    Remove the lid and stir until everything is smooth and well mixed.
  5. Finish cooking:
    Replace the lid and cook for another 30 minutes on low, then give it a final stir.
  6. Form the candies:
    Using a spoon, drop small portions of the warm mixture onto parchment paper or into mini cupcake liners.
  7. Decorate and cool:
    Add a generous sprinkle of Christmas sprinkles to each candy. Let them cool completely until firm and set.
