Whenever these are out on the kitchen table, they disappear so fast, I can hardly grab one!

Stuffed French Dip Biscuits
These golden, buttery stuffed biscuits put a twist on the traditional French dip sandwich, turning it into a handheld favorite perfect for parties, game day, or an easy dinner. Flaky biscuit dough wraps around layers of tender roast beef and gooey provolone, baked until golden and served with warm savory broth for dunking.

Ingredients:

For the Biscuits

IngredientQuantity
Refrigerated biscuit dough1 can (16.3 oz)
Deli-style roast beef8 slices
Provolone cheese8 slices

Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon
Garlic powder1 teaspoon
Onion powder1 teaspoon
Dried thyme1/2 teaspoon
Dried rosemary1/2 teaspoon
Salt1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
Beef broth1 cup

  2. Add Filling:

  3. Form Biscuits:

  4. Mix and Brush:
Stir together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Brush generously over each biscuit.
  5. Bake:
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the biscuits are puffed and deeply golden.
  6. Warm the Dip:
While biscuits are baking, heat beef broth over medium heat in a small pot until warmed through.
  7. Serve:
Serve the warm biscuits with small bowls of beef broth for dipping on the side.
