19th Century Onion BBQ Chutney

This simple yet flavorful 19th-century Onion BBQ Chutney is a delightful condiment that balances the sweetness of onions with a touch of spice and tang. It’s a wonderful accompaniment to grilled meats, sandwiches, or cheese boards.

Ingredients:

  3. Pour the white or apple cider vinegar over the mixture in the jar.
  4. Cover the jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 day to allow the flavors to meld. The chutney is best after a few days.
