This recipe offers an easy, no-fuss way to enjoy fresh bread with just 10 minutes of prep—no yeast, no kneading required. Thanks to baking powder as the leavening agent, the result is a tender, slightly dense loaf that comes together quickly. 10-Minute Bread (Prep Only!)

🧾 Ingredients:

Step 1: Preheat Oven & Prep Pan

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly grease a standard loaf pan and set it aside.

Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt until evenly combined.

Step 3: Add Wet Ingredients

  • Pour in the milk and honey or sugar (if using).
  • Stir until a slightly thick batter or soft dough forms—don’t overmix.

Step 4: Add Melted Fat

  • Mix in the melted butter or oil until smooth and fully incorporated.

Step 5: Fill Pan

  • Transfer the dough to your prepared loaf pan.
  • Spread it evenly and smooth the top with a spatula.

Step 6: Bake

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Step 7: Cool & Slice

  • Let the loaf cool in the pan for about 5–10 minutes.
  • Then remove from the pan and let cool slightly more before slicing.
