This recipe delivers a crowd-pleasing platter of loaded nachos, perfect for game day or any casual gathering. With layers of seasoned ground beef, refried beans, and melted cheese, these nachos are sure to be a hit.

Epic Beef Nachos Supreme

Ingredients:

Ground beef1 lb
Taco seasoning1 packet
Onion (diced)½
Refried beans1 can
Shredded cheese16 oz
Roma tomatoes (diced)3
Green onions (chopped)2-3

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Cook the beef and onion: Heat the ground beef and diced onion in a skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is browned and the onion has softened.
  3. Drain excess fat: Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
  4. Season the beef: Reduce the heat to low and stir in the taco seasoning. Sauté for a few minutes longer, allowing the flavors to meld.
  5. Prepare the baking sheets: Place one bag of tortilla chips on each of two separate baking sheets.
  6. Layer the beans: Top each set of chips with half of the can of refried beans.
  7. Add the beef: Sprinkle half of the seasoned ground beef mixture over each of the baking sheets.
  8. Add the cheese: Distribute the shredded cheese evenly between the two baking sheets.
  9. Bake: Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Garnish: Immediately sprinkle the diced Roma tomatoes and chopped green onions over the baked nachos.
  11. Serve: Serve immediately and enjoy!
