This “Melt In Your Mouth Chicken” recipe is incredibly simple yet produces remarkably moist and flavorful chicken breasts. Ingredients:

  4. Lightly spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Evenly spread the mayonnaise and Parmesan mixture over the top of each chicken breast, ensuring they are fully coated.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). The topping should be golden brown and slightly bubbly.
  8. Serve the “Melt In Your Mouth Chicken” warm.
