Directions

- Cut the cooked ham into chunky bite-sized pieces and pat dry if necessary.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat.
- Add the ham and cook for about 4–5 minutes until lightly browned.
- Place the cabbage wedges into the skillet around the ham and spoon some of the melted butter over them.
- Cover the skillet, reduce the heat to medium-low, and cook for 10 minutes until the cabbage begins to soften.
- Remove the lid, gently flip the cabbage wedges, and continue cooking uncovered for another 10–15 minutes until tender and lightly caramelized.
