3-Ingredient Cherry Cheesecake Bars

These easy 3-ingredient Cherry Cheesecake Bars are the perfect no-fuss dessert—no eggs, no flour, just smooth, creamy indulgence. The sweetened condensed milk creates a luscious cheesecake texture, while the cherry topping bakes right in, giving a beautiful swirled effect. Plus, using a parchment paper “sling” makes removing and cutting them a breeze.
Cherry Cheesecake Bars
Ingredients:
• 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
• 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
• 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving extra hanging over the sides to easily lift the bars out later.
Tip: Lightly grease the pan first so the parchment sticks in place.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and airy, about 2–3 minutes. Slowly add the sweetened condensed milk, mixing until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly into the prepared pan. Spoon the cherry pie filling over the top and gently spread it out.
Tip: Use a knife to lightly swirl the filling for a marbled appearance.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the edges are set and the center still has a slight wobble.
Allow the bars to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or preferably overnight.
Tip: Don’t cut them while warm—they need time to firm up.
Once chilled, lift the bars out using the parchment overhang, transfer to a cutting board, and slice into squares.
Tip: Clean your knife between cuts for neat, sharp edges.
