Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Oven and Potatoes
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Cut the russet potatoes into even, fry-shaped strips.

Step 2: Season the Fries
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Add the potato strips, drizzle with olive oil, and toss with minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread them out in a single layer so they crisp up nicely.

Step 3: Bake Until Golden
Bake the fries for 30–40 minutes, flipping them halfway through the baking time, until they turn golden and crunchy.

Step 4: Add the Finishing Touches
Take the fries out of the oven and immediately sprinkle them with garlic powder and grated Parmesan cheese. Serve hot and enjoy your crispy, garlicky fries!
