These Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls are a crowd-pleasing, easy-to-make appetizer — ideal for parties, holidays, or casual snacking. The combination of spicy sausage, creamy cheese, and zesty Rotel creates a flavorful bite that’s impossible to resist.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb breakfast sausage (mild or hot)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ½ cups Bisquick mix or self-rising flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- ½ tsp onion powder (optional)
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausage, softened cream cheese, drained Rotel, shredded cheddar, Bisquick, and seasonings. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
