- 1 lb breakfast sausage (mild or spicy)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1½ cups Bisquick or self-rising flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- ½ teaspoon onion powder (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the sausage, cream cheese, Rotel, cheddar cheese, Bisquick, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until everything is evenly incorporated.
- Portion the mixture and roll into balls about 1 to 1½ inches wide. Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
